Over a four-to-five-month period, Dynamic Tradies increased its team’s solutions per opportunity significantly. “This had a direct and powerful impact—our service technicians saw their average sale increase by around $400 and their conversion rate improve by approximately 10%,” Brett says. “Our sales team also saw improved conversion and a lift in average sale, proving the consistency of the approach across roles.”

Success didn’t happen by accident. Dynamic Tradies committed to weekly training and in-the-moment technician support to build confidence and consistency. “Weekly training sessions were a key part of our strategy,” Brett says. “We also provided real-time phone support to technicians while they were in the truck building their solutions, helping them feel confident and supported in the moment.”
In addition, Dynamic Tradies expanded its pricebook to offer more add-on services and leveraged dashboard tools to track performance. “We put a strong focus on education and accountability using the ServiceTitan dashboard. It was a full-team effort, driven by clarity, consistency, and a focus on continuous improvement.”

The impact of these changes was unmistakable. “As a company, we increased our solutions per opportunity from 1.59 to 3.07,” Brett says. “Our average sale rose by $300, and overall conversion improved by nearly 15%. These results reflect the power of giving customers real choice and building value through helpful, tailored solutions.”
