Nexstar Readies for Canada’s CMPX Show!

- By Graig Kosidowski, Manager of New Member Sales

Coming off an amazing tradeshow experience at AHR Expo in Chicago last month, our Nexstar team is building momentum towards March! We’ve set our sights on the land known for its championship hockey teams, valuable stockpile of maple syrup, and a roster of home service contractors who are second to none.

Exhibiting at CMPX, March 20th – 22nd, offers Nexstar a valuable opportunity to connect with our Canadian membership while in Toronto for this top industry event. And, we’re excited to meet prospective members who are curious to learn more about us and how we support other home services contractors in the HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical trades.

As the new member sales manager, I often talk with business owners who have heard of Nexstar but aren’t as familiar with the strength of our Canadian member contingent. So, anyone heading to CMPX please find us at Booth #240. You can ask questions, talk directly with member volunteers staffing our booth, meet our team, and gather more intel on Nexstar’s mission to help turn the world’s best tradespeople into the world’s best businesspeople.

To jumpstart the CMPX excitement, join us at an exclusive, pre-event dinner for residential home services contractors on Tuesday, March 19; both members and prospective members are welcome. (RSVP is required. See below.)

Graig Kosidowski serves Nexstar Network members as manager of new member sales and is looking forward to attending CMPX. From his vantage point, he has observed firsthand how powerful referrals are in strengthening Nexstar’s membership. He reflects more here:

I often get asked, ‘Why are referrals so Important?’ After hearing this question, a lot over the past few years, I believe it comes down to the fact that valuable and trusted referrals represent a fundamental thread of any business. But with Nexstar – a member-owned organization – referrals are even more vital. As our member businesses thrive in the support of our incomparable Nexstar resources, current Nexstar members have a unique opportunity to influence future member selection. Our members are, after all, the boots on the ground in their communities, so their voice is essential in recommending like-minded contractors who resonate with Nexstar’s goals and values. Each time we add a stellar Nexstar member, the strength and success of our shared membership grows. Our current members have a say as to whom they want in THEIR network. So, with that, I often ask our members, do you want to be greater than the sum of Nexstar’s collective parts? I encourage our members to build an even more vibrant Nexstar for the future – and watch YOUR referrals ignite the network!”
