This year’s lineup is packed with fresh, dynamic offerings designed with our members in mind. For example:

• We’re debuting Member’s Choice classes, where members will shape the calendar by voting on the trainings that matter most.
• As always at Nexstar, member insights and feedback guide our next steps. In 2026, that means we’re bringing back Service System for Leaders, Service System for Electricians, and Advanced Sales and Service to our public calendar—empowering members to level up their entire team of all-stars.
• For the first time, we’re offering in-person Color Code and Character Code trainings. These powerful tools for personal growth and team dynamics will be delivered in a hands-on, interactive format.
• Operational Excellence is hitting the road again, bringing best practices, process improvement strategies, and peer collaboration to welcoming Strategic Partner-hosted locations.
