Discover Two New Trainings This Spring!

What’s new in the Nexstar Network training world?

I’m so glad you asked! We’re excited to introduce two new trainings to our membership that take a deeper, more intentional look at how teams communicate, align, and execute at a high level.

The first new offering for Nexstar members is Service System for Leaders, held from March 3-5, 2026 in Bloomington, MN. This training is designed specifically for leaders who are responsible for driving adoption of the Service System, not just understanding the process themselves. Together, we’ll unpack the most common objections teams have when implementing the Service System and explore practical, respectful ways to walk them through those concerns. The focus isn’t on forcing compliance; it’s on honoring your people, honoring the Service System, and creating true alignment through clarity and shared purpose. By the end of this training, leaders will be better equipped to build understanding, gain buy-in, and coach their teams with confidence and consistency.

The second new offering is Color Code Training, held on April 10, 2026 in Bloomington, MN. This is a dedicated Color Code personality deep dive, focused entirely on understanding people, not process. This one-day training helps leaders and service professionals better understand what drives different personality types, both within their teams and across the kitchen table with homeowners.

Participants learn how to adjust language, tone, and approach to communicate more effectively, reduce friction, and build trust faster in real-world interactions. The result is stronger teamwork internally and a more intentional, 5-star experience externally. Whether it’s navigating tough conversations, presenting options clearly, or working more effectively with teammates under pressure, this training will help participants show up with greater awareness and adaptability at every level.
