Before coming to Nexstar, Robinson gained experience in several PHCE-industry roles, including call center representative, dispatcher, call center manager, corporate trainer and employee development manager. Before working in the PHCE industry, she worked as customer service and sales manager at a Fortune 500 company in the wireless industry.
“My love for helping people is what drives me,” Robinson said. “Nexstar encourages our staff, members, and partners to truly perform at their highest level and gives us the tools to do so. I am extremely excited to have the opportunity to focus on our front line employees in the PHCE industry and get each of them performing at their personal best!
