For many PHCE industry owners and General managers, feedback in the workplace has earned a negative connotation. Many of us misunderstand the purpose and the benefit feedback can have for our employees’ and company’s bottom line, including increased revenue and profit. Feedback and criticism are not synonomous. In the residential service industry, we need to make sure that our employees understand feedback is a gift, and use it appropriately to help employees improve their job performance.
