Gritsenko has extensive experience developing, auditing and implementing processes. She will be pivotal in developing better Nexstar tools and resources; making it easier and more efficient for Nexstar members to take their businesses to the next level. She also served in the US Army Reserve, where she worked heavily in refining processes, training her team and auditing companies under their command to ensure compliance with government standards.
“I truly enjoy developing and implementing processes, especially when the end product is easier for the intended audience to use and understand. I’m excited to create training modules that will help members grow their businesses. I think everyone wants to feel like their work has purpose, meaning, or helps other people in some way, and I get to do that at Nexstar,” Gritsenko said.
“We are excited to have Katherine on board. Her experience and insightfulness will benefit the entire Nexstar organization,” said Rachel Whitman, Nexstar Network Director of Development, Sales & Marketing. “She’ll be a great resource in helping produce end products that ultimately change how Nexstar member companies train their team.”
