We know changes in your business, from new price models to a different way to talk to customers, can be hard for both you as an owner AND for those in your shop. This is especially true when that change requires many of your technicians to rethink the way they’ve been approaching customers for their entire career. But many times – to improve how your business is performing, to increase sales and increase profits, you need to cultivate change.
