At Super Meeting this year, I had the privilege to present a lesson from Nexstar Network®’s General Manager Certification Program. I focused on accountability and the tools small business owners need to have in place in order to establish accountability in their shops.
For those of you who were unable to attend, I want to share with you the importance of using checklists during your orientation process. The checklists that Nexstar Network® designed will help you keep track of your employee’s onboarding process and will help you lay the groundwork for their success.

- The HR Requirements that must be met during orientation
- What to do on the first day, the first few days and the first few weeks
- Helpful information to help you prioritize items
- Dig-in activities
- Evaluation activities
