Historical Data Can Help You Craft Your 2013 Strategic Plan!
It’s never too early to plan for next year. If you haven’t already, now is the time to start gathering historical data from 2012. Pull your numbers and stats for:
- Calls by month
- Call conversion ratio
- Lead conversion
- Service Partner Plans sold
- Lead turn over
- Average ticket
- Your percentage of revenue per month
The better picture you have of your historical data (on a month to month basis), the better you can recognize patterns in your business. This enables you to craft a strategic plan based on the cycles in your business, as well as identify areas to improve in the next calendar year.
