Denise Swafford has been hired as a business coach to guide and help Nexstar members build successful businesses. Nexstar now has seven fulltime coaches serving their membership. Ms. Swafford has an extensive contracting background, bringing over 21 years of experience to the coaching bench. She has held various senior leadership positions in the contracting industry including general manager, Six Sigma Black Belt, regional sales manager, director of training, vice president of operations, and vice president of innovation for major home services providers.
